As senior trainer-consultant at Partners-Georgia, Ms.Tea Bulia has actively contributed to designing and conducting training programs since 2007. Her expertise covers a wide range of personal and organizational skills, including effective communication, leadership, teamwork, presentations and public speaking, conflict resolution, negotiation, advocacy and coalition building, customer relations, gender equality and many more.
Tea plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and implementing the youth component within the long-term programs implemented by Partners-Georgia. Her commitment to empowering young individuals is evident through her work.
Tea’s career began back in 1998 with the association “Atinati.” Thea also serves as a trainer-consultant for the Human Rights Educational Youth Network at the European Council. Her extensive experience includes capacity-building for CSOs, as well as expertise in youth development and gender education gained through the active participation in various local and European initiatives.
Currently, Tea leads the employee management course as part of the joint HR management certificate program offered by the Georgian-American University and Partners-Georgia.
