Milena Mitagvaria has more than 25 years of experience in consultations on various organizational development topics, as well as in implementing and managing various programs and projects at Partners-Georgia.
Milena is active in civil sector since 1995, when she started her CSO career at Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Committee of Georgia (HCA-Georgia) - peacebuilding organization operating in Georgia and South Caucasus region; during her work with HCA-Georgia Milena was responsible for program development and management, as well as for coordination of both regional and international communications and peaceful civic initiatives / dialogues.
After joining Partners-Georgia in 1999, Milena Mitagvaria worked as a program coordinator and trainer-consultant; in 2004-2020, she held the position of the deputy director, and in 2021-2022 served as Center director. Milena Mitagvaria is responsible for compiling and editing the center's electronic and printed publications and has published numerous articles on organizational management. From 2020, Milena is involved in the USAID INSPIRES program as local facilitator of R+ Framework process. Additionally, she leads the Personnel Motivation lectures within Partners-Georgia and Georgian-American University joint HR management certification course.
