Natia Gopodze started her journey with Partners Georgia two decades ago as a training assistant. Today, she holds the position of Executive Director and senior trainer-consultant at Partners-Georgia, drawing from extensive experience in diverse areas. Her training and consulting expertise includes topics within the effective communication, customer relations, sales effectiveness, leadership, teamwork, teambuilding, advocacy, coalition building, public speaking, creative thinking, conflict management, negotiations, meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making domains. Natia excels in delivering comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions.
As a member of the management team for an international business project from 2019 to 2021, Natia gained valuable insights into core business operations, international team leadership, effective stakeholder partnerships, and compliance to established international standards and guidelines.
Furthermore, her participation in the USIAD/FORECAST and USAID/INSPIRES programs positions her as one of the few local consultants equipped to implement full Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) and strengthen organizational resilience through Resiliency+ consultation and technical assistance services.
