Lela Giorgobiani, trainer-consultant with extensive experience in organizational management and development, boasts an impressive 35-year career. Her expertise includes the design and delivery of training programs tailored to diverse audiences, including employees, middle and senior managers in business companies, public sector personnel, government officials, students, and teachers, based on their unique requirements and needs.
Under Lela’s leadership, “Partners-Georgia” has developed all major training programs, including comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) courses. Lela’s impact extends beyond training; she previously directed the Behavioristics Program at ESM-Tbilisi (now the Free University Business School). Currently, she serves as a lecturer for both undergraduate and graduate students at the Free University Business School. Additionally, Lela contributes her expertise to Partners-Georgia and Georgian-American University joint HR management certification course by delivering the lectures on Personnel Recruitment.
