Training for MAGTIPartners-Georgia started series of training for MAGTI personnel in Effective Customer Service. Training started in July and continued through September 19, and more than 50 persons participated in it.

Civic Activism Summer School - Bakuriani 2014In the period of July 7-20, in frames of the USAID funded Advanced National Integration (ANI) in Georgia program, UNA-Georgia and Partners-Georgia organized Summer School for Clubs of Youth Civic Activism Network. Summer School included skill building training in communication, public presentations, group management and event management and work in thematic groups of model UN, Social Media, Photo art and Gender. Total of 200 participants participated in Civic Activism Summer School.

Training for working groups on local developmentPartners-Georgia trainers conducted a training-workshop on advocacy for the working groups on local development from 6 municipalities of Georgia. As a result of the event, each municipality developed the action plan aiming at local problem solving. The training-workshop took place in the frames of Local actors join for inclusive economic development and governance in the south Caucasus (JOIN) project implemented by Care International in Caucasus with the partner organizations - CIDA in Georgia and CARD in Armenia.

Trainings for GYLA legal assistance centersIn the period of May 1-17, Partners-Georgia conducted Effective Service for Beneficiaries Training for the Consultants of Legal Assistance Centers of GYLA. Trainings took place in Tbilisi and Kvareli, and altogether more than 45 lawyers were trained.

Training for Facilitators of the Youth Civic Activism NetworkIn March 11 started and will continue through March 14, the training workshop for 40 facilitators of the youth civic activism network. The major goals of the workshop include joint meeting and planning of future activities as well as training of facilitators in Diversity management. After training, participants will independently facilitate various meeting and discussions organized in their communities. Facilitators training for Youth Centers
In December 11-15, Partners-Georgia conducted facilitation training for Youth Centers. Training aimed to learn main objectives and techniques of meeting and discussion facilitation. After training, participants will independently facilitate various meeting and discussions organized in their communities. Similar training was implemented in May 2013, and altogether during these two training events, 39 local facilitators were trained. Training took place in frames of the USAID funded Advanced National Integration (ANI) in Georgia program, in cooperation with UNA-Georgia.

Presentation Training-Workshop for 6 municipalities of Georgia
In December 3-6, Partners-Georgia conducted a training-workshop on Effective Public Presentation, for working group members of 6 municipalities. As a result of 3-day training, working group members of Akhalkalaki, Bolnisi, Gardabani, Dmanisi, Marneuli and Ninotsminda increased knowledge and practical experience in presentation techniques. During the training workshop, Working groups developed concrete presentations of their municipality development plans to be presented for corresponding local governments, donors and communities. The event was organized in the frames of Local actors join for inclusive economic development and governance in the south Caucasus (JOIN) project implemented by Care International in Caucasus with the partner organizations - CIDA in Georgia and CARD in Armenia. The project is financed by Austrian Development Partnership.

Thematic workshops for ethnic minority SCOsAt the final stage of the Ethnic Minorities CSOs Capacity Building Program (being implemented by Partners-Georgia) up to 40 representatives of various Georgian CSOs working on ethnic minorities issues had a possibility to attend the workshops on five different topics presented by experts from relevant fields. Topics reviewed included those on Decentralization principles and Planned Local Government Reforms (by David Losaberidze); Separation of Powers According to the New Edition of the Constitution (by Vakhushti Menabde); Definition of Ethnic / National Minorities and Legal Mechanisms (by Mamuka Komakhia); Education Reform within the Civic Integration Context (by Shalva Tabatadze) and Migration and Asylum (by Alexander Svanidze). Ethnic Minorities CSOs Capacity Building Program is financed by the Open Society - Georgia Foundation.

Series of trainings for pharmaceutical network PharmadepotIn the period of October 16-25, Partners-Georgia’s trainer-consultants worked with employees of pharmaceutical network Pharmadepot. Managers of the company were trained up on effective service and sales, while company\\\'s trainers went through training on effective service. Training series aimed to increase knowledge on standards and techniques of effective service.

Trainings for MediatorsIn October 7-9 and 10-12, In Gori and Tbilisi, Partners-Georgia conducted communication trainings for mediators of Mediation Center. Trainings aimed to introduce main objectives of effective communication and exercise relevant skills. After completion of the program, participants are expected to give a presentation to general public about the mediation institution and to introduce mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method. Total of 30 selected mediators participated in trainings, which was organized in frames of the wider program on mediation development in Georgia by Partners-Poland Foundation.

Major goal of the training was to learn main objectives of project management and fundraising and work on current ideas of project. Training implemented by organization „Community&Environment” in frames of European Union funded and Government of Liechtenstein co-funded project „ Environmental Dialogue and Partnership among the Municipalities of the Kakheti Region” .
