Tea Gvelesiani and Milena Mitagvaria will conduct leadership training in Warsaw, for women from Kosovo, Tajikistan, and GeorgiaIn March 15-23, 2007, Tea Gvelesiani and Milena Mitagvaria will visit Warsaw, where they will conduct the 3-day leadership training for 32 women activists from Kosovo, Tajikistan and Georgia. Training will be organized in frames of the program on Women Leaders for Social and Economic Community Development, being implemented jointly by Partners Polska Foundation and Partners-Georgia. Leadership training will be followed by the site visits and meetings with various local women NGOs and their leaders.

Sofiko Shubladze and Tina Asatiani will train trainers from Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Armenia, Azerbaijan and GeorgiaBritish organization "Minorities of Europe" and Georgian NGO "Academy for Peace Development" addressed Partners-Georgia in frames of their joint project for training representatives of their partners organizations as trainers in Conflict Management. Training Program will take place in March 18-25, and will be led by Sofiko Shubladze and Tina Asatiani. Participants will be from various countries including Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Lela Giorgobiani and Vazha Kvernadze will train social workers from the Ministry of Education and ScienceLela Giorgobiani and Vazha Kvernadze will train Social workers of the Ministry of education and Science, and representatives of NGOs. Partners-Georgia received this contract in frames of the 3-year EU Support to Child Welfare reform - Georgia project. Participants of the training will deliver further workshops for foster care givers, social workers, and allied professionals such as teachers, policemen, primary health workers, and media representatives.

Diversity Management trainings for applicant NGOs of Eurasia FoundationPartners-Georgia today started trainings for representatives of those NGOs which are going to respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) announced by Eurasia Foundation in frames of the National Integration and Tolerance in Georgia Program (NITG). The program is being implemented by UNA-Georgia in cooperation with other partner organizations. Partners-Georgia's role in NITG program is organizing and delivering various training program for project target groups.

Training in Facilitation and Peer Mediation was held in AkhaltsikheTraining in Facilitation and Peer Mediation was conducted by Partners-Georgia trainers on February 6-9, 2007, in Akhaltsikhe, within the frames of the project on Conflict Prevention through Environmental Awareness for Youth (COPE), implemented in three districts of Samtskhe sub-region and Tsalka Town by CARE and Partners-Georgia since May'2006. Participants of the training were the representatives of various Nature Clubs from Akhaltsikhe and Adigeni districts. The next training in frames of the same project will be held in Tsalka in the beginning of March.

Partners-Georgia will train sales personnel of Elit ElectronicsPartners-Georgia and Elit Electronics agreed to deliver trainings for the sales personnel of the company in Effective Customer Relations and Sales. Training series will last until the end of the 2007, and approximately more than 10 groups of participants will be trained.

Civil Society Institute and Partners-Georgia will train unemployed people in ZugdidiSivil Society Institute contracted Partners-Georgia to deliver special skills trainings, in frames of the Small Business Development and Employment Level Rise Program in Zugdidi. Participants of three training groups will be uneployed people who aim to increase their social and professional skills and find jobs in local buzinesses.

The training will be organized and conducted at the end of January in frames of the NITG program.Â
